How To’s For Consigning

At Take II Consignment Boutique we want consignment to be a fun experience
for everyone involved! We can all benefit. The consignor is able to make money
from clothes and accessories no longer used (think of the extra room you will
have in your closet!). Consignment shoppers are able to purchase beautiful
quality items that they may not otherwise have been able to find or have
considered for their wardrobe, at a fraction of the original retail cost. If your consigned items do not sell and you kindly choose to donate them, you can
feel good knowing that other women less fortunate will benefit. At the store, we
are excited to see what treasures you are bringing us!

In order to make this a pleasant and positive experience, please follow the guidelines below when considering consigning your items.

Please phone Take II Consignment Boutique at (604) 535-8053 to make an
appointment. This will save you time by allowing us to prepare for your visit.

We don’t have a minimum number of items for consignment. If you have just one
fabulous item to consign, we would love to see it! Just call ahead.

All items for consignment must be in like-new condition: freshly cleaned,
pressed , free from damage, in season 2 years or less and on hangers (with the exception of sweaters). All items will be transferred to store hangers and you may have your own hangers returned.

If Take II Consignment Boutique does not accept the item, it does not necessarily mean there is something wrong with it; it may just be that it is not appropriate for the store. Experience tells us what is likely to sell.
